Team | Scott E. Chappell, Principal

Scott joined BIA Digital Partners in 2001. He typically leads investments in technology-enabled business services, media and entertainment.

He was previously with the Media and Telecommunications Corporate Finance Team at Thomas Weisel Partners, a San Francisco-based merchant bank, and in the High Yield and Private Placement Groups at First Union Securities (now Wells Fargo).

Scott received a B.S. in Business Administration with Honors from the University of Georgia and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, where he was a Fuqua Scholar.
